Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is simply "Mom" to her five handsome children. To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she goes by "Lisa," while her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa." However, it is her husband who lovingly calls her "Bunny," a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. With many names and hats, she has mastered the art of multitasking and is always ready to share her "name story" when asked. She can be called anything, as long as she is not kept waiting for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, and the community, she is also highly respected within the local nanny network. Having been with ABC for over a decade, she has thoroughly enjoyed serving both nannies and families. Personally, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was eight years old. In fact, the couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, making their love story feel like a fairy tale. She has always had a knack for matchmaking, even from a young age, and this passion continued when she joined ABC Nanny Source after working in marketing for nearly a decade at the phone company. Beth takes delight in finding the perfect caregiver for each family she works with, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. She values every aspect of the matchmaking process and forms intimate connections with both families and nannies, considering many of them to be her close friends. In an extraordinary turn of events, she successfully matched two single parents who were ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement. While this is not a common service offered by ABC Nanny Source, it exemplifies Beth's commitment to going above and beyond in her matchmaking skills. With a heart full of love for Disney's Mary Poppins, she wholeheartedly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar can make everything better. Her sweet and youthful voice is well-known, and she often jokes, "I may sound like I'm three years old, but my wrinkles prove otherwise!" Known for her overall sense of humor and infectious positive energy, she brightens the day and makes it Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and above all, quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who embodies fun, energy, and a sense of adventure. One key aspect of her personality is her passion for people, which shines through in every endeavor and learning opportunity she encounters. With a creative flair that is well-known, Hannah's journey began when she started taking piano lessons at the young age of 5. Throughout her school years, she continued to explore and study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education further by enrolling in Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Building upon her time at Liberty, she sought personal and professional growth through various internships. She dedicated a summer to volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and also completed the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Snyderville, graduating with honors in makeup and phase two. Since 2016, Hannah has been a part of ABC Nanny Source, cherishing every opportunity to connect with nannies and families. She began her journey as a Nanny Recruiter and then progressed to working as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, Hannah serves as a Placement Counselor, using her expertise to assist families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. A guiding principle in Hannah's life comes from one of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Looking ahead, Hannah is excited to continue building connections with families and utilizing her creativity and communication skills to help each parent and child discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's unwavering dedication to helping others has shaped her role at ABC Nanny Source, where she combines her years of experience working with children in various settings. Her infectious cheerfulness permeates every task she undertakes, particularly when assisting nannies in creating compelling profiles that make a lasting impression. As an integral member of the Verification Department, Erica is always ready to lend a hand and provide insightful answers to any inquiries that arise. Outside of work, you'll often find her engrossed in a captivating fantasy novel or delighting her friends with delectable homemade treats. Her unwavering optimism and steadfast determination ensure that each day is an adventure, whether she's engaging in a spirited game with her loved ones or tirelessly working towards helping others discover their ideal matches at the agency. The pure affection and admiration she garners from those around her are indescribable, as she consistently goes above and beyond for everyone she encounters. Affectionately deemed the "brain" of the Verification Department, Erica's remarkable memory allows her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family without hesitation. With her immense talent stemming from both her heart and mind, we consider ourselves truly fortunate to have her as part of our team.
