She is particularly fond of athletes and physical activity, which is great for my boys! Nicole has far more energy than I do to keep their days filled with variety, exploration, and play. At home, she keeps our youngest engaged in developing his reading and math skills so that he has balance. She always works very hard, and is extremely engaged with the boys always, day and night. The boys will always know they will have a wonderful time and lots of fun with Nicole. She is always good about doing exactly what we might ask of her, and she certainly has very good judgment in making decisions about the children in our absence. The parents on my children’s friends all know her and trust her completely to take care of their children on play dates. Nicole’s greatest strength is to strive to see the children conquer new challenges; this gives her great passion! She will always be a beloved figure in our family’s life.
