She always seemed genuinely interested in our children’s mental development and presented new ways of learning that captured their attention whether it was crawling, first steps, counting or writing their name. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to adapt to the changing needs of family and children. Shanay was on time for work every day, and stayed late when asked. In summary, Shanay possess all of the qualities that make a nanny successful. Particularly, Shanay is very skilled in: supervising children and caring for their needs, planning, preparing and serving meals to children, bathing, dressing and feeding infants and children, (and teaching Dad’s how to do little girls hair) preparing formulas and changing diapers, and then assisting in potty training, performing light housekeeping duties, transporting children to and from school and social events on time, creative art projects and play time, keeping to a schedule and routine which continued to evolve as the children developed, and last but not least Recognizing the different interest of our children the importance of “outside” time.
