Erin adores being a Snohomish County Personal Assistant and keeping everything in order for the family!

“I come from a large family. Having 6 siblings and a niece and nephew that currently live at home with my family and I. I have been working in early childhood education for over 4 years and would love to eventually codirect or own my own early childhood education center. I enjoy working with kids and feel that I have a lot of love to share and work very well with small groups or individual children. A Snohomish County Personal Assistant would give me the opportunity to work in my preferred field while allowing me to build relationships and also attend school if scheduling is flexible to do so. I am a high energy person and love working in this field, I would add heart and fun to the lives of any family I work for! If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love the fun and excitement that comes every day with working with children. I enjoy watching kids grow and develop and taking part in this process!. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 4 years and can honestly say I LOVE what I do! I feel the children are amazing. They are able to learn and retain anything and have so much charisma for learning and experiencing life. My goal as a Nanny is to Aid in the children’s love for life and learning, helping them form appropriate and positive relationships. I am willing to do housekeeping at the children requests that includes Dish and laundry waging, tidying up, light cooking or meal preparation. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am Loving, Compassionate, Patient, Observant, and Fun! Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include Music, arts and crafts, outdoor games and activities, reading and writing. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be open and kind, honest and willing to accept me as someone to be considered as family, not just an employee. Caring for their children is a big responsibility that I would take upon myself very seriously and openly.”
“It is my distinct honor to know Erin. I feel fortunate she has had the opportunity to interact with my two sons in both a professional and personal setting over the past three and a half years as their teacher. Erin is an optimistic, mature, creative, and dedicated woman who epitomizes the ideal Snohomish County Personal Assistant. Her desire and quest to impart her love to her students and the kids that surround her is admirable, and these children look up to her as a positive role model full of enthusiasm, knowledge and compassion. I highly recommend Erin without reservation for a position with ABC Nanny Source and know she will be an asset to your company and the lives of the children with which she interacts. In the classroom, Erin took on many roles and responsibilities. She started at the school in the role of a "floating teacher" able to take on a teaching role in any given classroom. I first met Erin when she spent a number of months in the infant room as an assistant with my [now four-year-old] son, Erin was always able to share anecdotes with me at the end of each school day and tell me about milestones in terms of gross motor skills and social development. She was able to make me at ease about his development during that first year in school because it was clear she enjoyed spending time with him, helping him to explore and grow. Over the years, "Miss Erin" interacted in positive and meaningful ways with him and my [now two-year-old] son. Erin was always prepared with creative lessons for her students that met core standards. She often took it upon herself to buy or procure her own books and supplies for her students. Erin's students' artwork and writing was prominently displayed in the hallways and whole-group Indoor play area for all to see, I was often struck by the creativity and proficiency of her students as demonstrated through their' masterpieces'. It was clear to see in these works what I already knew about Erin's teaching abilities: under her direction and tutelage, students will thrive and grow. My own sons have thrived over the years based on a relationship with Erin out of school, as a babysitter. Erin is prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. She is trained in CPR, which puts me at case, and I know in the case of an emergency, she'll be calm and level-headed in order to do what is necessary to secure the health and safety of my boys. Our boys respect Erin and love her, as well. Her genuine sincerity and enthusiasm are sure to carry her far. l am confident that Erin will be an asset to ABC Nanny Source, and absolutely recommend her without hesitation for a position with your company as a nanny.”
“I had the privilege of working with Erin for two years in a classroom setting. While there, Erin worked as the head kindergarten enrichment teacher. She consistently implemented challenging, yet appropriate lessons with her 5-6 year old students. Not only is Erin a wonderful teacher, but she also has a special way of connecting with her students and making them feel comfortable. To me, Erin is a prime example of what every parent would want their child's teacher or Snohomish County Personal Assistant to be. Erin is warm, welcoming and has a positive rapport with everyone that she crosses paths with.”
“After working with Miss Erin for two years in the teaching and childcare fields, it is easy for me to recommend her as a Snohomish County Personal Assistant working with children of all ages. Erin started as an assistant in my Pre-Kindergarten classroom. As I began a new job, Erin was a wonderful co-worker. Erin was always willing to help in any way needed, not only in my classroom, but in every room in the school. Erin clearly loved working with children and was a pleasure to be around. She came to work happy and excited. This positive attitude was contagious among other teachers and the children. Erin was soon promoted to have her own classroom; she ran the Kindergarten Enrichment program that taught students after half-day kindergarten in public schools. I was sad to see her go, as I would never again have such a wonderful assistant in my classroom, but Erin was definitely fit to work with a large classroom on her own. Erin was great at balancing a large workload. Her mornings consisted of assisting in classrooms wherever needed. This meant that Erin worked with every age group from infants to age eight I never heard her complain about working in any classroom. I honestly cannot say I know which age she worked with best. She understands the development of children at every age and enjoys different aspects of working with each age group. Parents hope to find people like Erin to care for their children. She is patient, kind, caring, and energetic. She treats each child uniquely and takes extra time to show she truly cares. Erin is a trustworthy hard worker who clearly enjoys her career choice working with children.”
