“If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I am able to form a closer bond with the children I am working with. I am also able to be more creative in developing appropriate age level activities that will allow the children to explore, learn, and have fun. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 3 years and can honestly say I LOVE what I do! I feel that children are adorable human beings who are constantly growing and absorbing an enormous amount of information. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I would care for may include reading, arts and crafts, writing (depending on their age), along with fine and gross motor skill development activities. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be kind, family oriented, willing to work together, and easy to talk to.”
