Michelle became a Redmond, WA Nanny to make a positive impact on young children!

“I enjoy spending time playing games and being outside. I also enjoy doing crafty activities. As a nanny, I would love to help shape and mold other young children’s lives. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be a Redmond, WA Nanny over any other profession, it would have to be because I love children and cannot see myself doing anything other than working with them. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 8 years and can honestly say I find great joy in what I do! I feel the children are honest, fun, and to be learned from. My goal as a nanny is to spend time with children and help them grow and develop. I am able to do housekeeping that includes some cooking and grocery shopping type errands. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am fun, creative, reliable, flexible and caring. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include It would vary based on the needs of the children but typically I would try for an outdoor activity daily, reading, crafts, help with homework, and field trips. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a nanny like me I would hope they would be fun and willing to try new things.”
“Michelle’s care for our infants was diligent and loving at the same time, and she will be an amazing Redmond, WA Nanny. Her relationship with our parents was outstanding. Her understanding of infant development was thorough, and she was always insightful during assessment time. Michelle was excellent at establishing schedules for our class but flexible enough to cater to a sick infant’s needs. Her creativity helped to adorn our classroom with seasonal and theme related art. Her love for children shined through all her actions in our classroom! Michelle was sent to my room to be my assistant teacher. I was to mentor her and help her to become a lead Infant Teacher. Being effective in the Infant classroom requires patience and uncanny understanding of individual infant’s needs. At times, there are six screaming babies and one had to quickly assess each child’s needs and prioritize care for them. Michelle can do this very well. Anyone can deal with happy babies, but an Infant Teacher has to be able to nurture their growing sense of trust in their caregivers to be able to meet their needs quickly and lovingly. Michelle learned to keep track of developmental milestones and record them. She learned songs and finger plays for infants. Michelle learned to use all of our babies’ senses to help them learn and grow.”
“Michelle is a wonderful teacher and care provider for children. She went above and beyond in fulfilling her job requirements. My daughter and I absolutely loved having Michelle as a daycare teacher and childcare provider. She is a dedicated and caring teacher. She is also very well-versed in child development and knows how to engage children in way that is appropriate to their age. She is very successful at dealing with any issue that may arise. I would recommend Michelle highly for any Redmond, WA Nanny position.”
“Yes, Michelle fulfilled all of her job duties as our Redmond, WA Nanny daily without any problems. She was great with the children, was always on time, and came in every day. Not only did Michelle connect well with the children, but she also got along great with all of the other staff members.”
“Michelle and I have grown up together. We have experienced all of the major life changes together. She is one of the first people that I turn to whenever I am down about something, have exciting news, or need advice. Her upbeat personality and positive outlook on life keeps my spirit uplifted and I know that as a Redmond, WA Nanny, she will do the same for the children she is caring for. She does not give up and is always ready for a challenge.”
“Michelle watches our three children nearly every weekend! They love her and so do we. Michelle is great with the children and is always flexible and has a positive attitude. She will be a fantastic Redmond, WA Nanny”
