“Restilin worked for our family through a Redmond, Seattle Nanny Agency. During this time, she was based in both Switzerland and England. She had a number of responsibilities during this period, childcare, When Restilin joined us, our children were aged 9,7 and 1. She has looked after all of them over the past many years. All of our children are extremely fond of her and our youngest child, who is now 5, is devoted to her. Restilin is responsible, caring and diligent with children. We have left her in sole charge of our children for several days at a time on numerous occasions. On these occasions, any unexpected events (e.g. child's illnesses) have been dealt with by Restilin in a calm, mature and efficient manner. As well as looking after the children on a regular basis, Restilin has been our housekeeper. She is extremely tidy and keeps the house immaculate. She does much of the shopping for household goods, including food, and has coped with large amounts of daily laundry. She is extremely thorough and is highly aware of hygiene issues. Restilin is a superb cook and in addition to her own repertoire of dishes has a rare ability to follow a recipe from a book or verbal instruction with accuracy. She is particularly talented with certain Asian dishes but is equally capable with European dishes. She is a versatile cook and is as comfortable preparing a simple healthy meal for children as she is cooking a complex three course dinner for adults. We entertained regularly and Restilin did almost all of the cooking, serving and kitchen management. Over the past 10-15 years we have regularly employed nannies, housekeepers and other domestic helpers. We can say, without reservation, that Restilin represents the best of all of them. Her moving to the US for family reasons is a great loss to our family and we will greatly miss her. We would not hesitate to employ her again if the occasion arose.”
