“I come from a very close and loving family. I was a single parent to my son who is now 26 years old. I am a very caring and a loving person with many years of experience with children. I take pride in being a very positive role model in any child’s life. I am extremely committed, reliable, and always have safety as my number one priority. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I am very passionate about children. I love that every day is different, and I am always a positive role model. They bring such joy into my life and keep you on your toes. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 15 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are wonderful loving and need positive guidance. They make you smile and watching them grow is so rewarding. My goal as a Pierce County Tutor is to always keep them safe, be a positive role model, loving caring, and enjoying every day with them. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes washing dishes, keeping children’s areas tidy, and children’s laundry. I always go above and beyond. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am energetic, loving, funny, positive, and smart. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include going to the park, swimming, riding bikes, library whatever makes them happy. I’m open to all activities it depends what is age appropriate. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be kind and very appreciative of the care I was giving them. I would like a family to feel they can go to work every day feeling that their children are in safe hands and not to worry.”
“Bonnie was employed as a Group Leader at a Camp for five summers She worked with a group of approximately 20 girls who were entering second grade ages 7 to 8 years old. This position also entailed supervising assistant counselors, communicating with parents, and cooperating with supervisors. Bonnie was a pleasure to have on staff, and excelled in all areas. Bonnie was always very caring and compassionate with all her campers. All her evaluations document excellent performance. Specifically, she was organized, punctual and great with nurturing campers who needed extra support. As Group Leader, Bonnie demonstrated positive behavior and group management skills. She communicated with her immediate supervisor to develop strategies. They worked as a team to solve any problems that arose. In her capacity as a staff member, Bonnie has always presented herself as dependable and conscientious. Bonnie is a personable Pierce County Tutor, and she easily interacts with children and parents.”
“I have known Bonnie for three years. She is a wonderful, responsible person with a very nurturing and loving manner. She was the very first person I met at my children’s school and through conversation she became a regular Pierce County Tutor for us. I never worry when my children who are eight-year-old twins with Bonnie. She takes them to the park and does so many fun things with them. My children absolutely love when Bonnie comes over. She plays lots of games with them and limits TV time, which I love. The children stay very busy while under her care.”
“I met Bonnie about ten years ago working at a day camp with children ranging in ages from eight to fifteen. From the first moment we met, we became instant friends. Bonnie is a great listener and a loyal Pierce County Tutor; she is supportive in any situation, especially with children. As the drama teacher at camp, I loved having Bonnies’ group. She was always enthusiastic and full of energy. She made each child feel special and helped them participate in every lesson. Bonnie is compassionate and intuitive which always made her campers have a wonderful summer. Parents requested each year for their child to have her as their group leader. During the school year, Bonnie always found time to volunteer in my second-grade classroom. Whether helping decorate, reading a story or creating a craft, she was always loved by my students. Each year the students would always ask ‘When is bonnie coming back?’”
“Bonnie cared for my children who are nine months, three, and five years old. I moved my family from out of state and my children were having a very difficult time with the transition. Bonnie came on with us as a Pierce County Tutor and immediately created stability in our lives. She was loving, energetic, organized and disciplined. She engaged with the children immediately, understood their unique personalities and independently nurtured them through a difficult time. Bonnie was attentive to me as well and anticipated my needs, which being a working mom with a husband who commutes to the city, was vital. Bonnie has a number of strengths but her main strength (according to my observations) is her capability to connect with the children. She always seemed genuinely interested in the children and their well-being. Bonnie is extremely trustworthy, I never worry about the safety of my children when they are with her. She was always patient and respected by the children, yet was able to discipline them properly when needed.”
“Bonnie has worked for me for several years. She has taken care of my three children, especially my youngest since he was an infant. Bonnie is a wonderful caregiver. She is extremely dependable, loving, devoted and very patient. She is also great with pets. Not only does she care for the children she also does their laundry, tidies their rooms, runs household errands, grocery shops, and helps the children with their homework, meal preparation and occasional weekend and/or overnight stays. Bonnie is truly a wonderful Pierce County Tutor and would be a tremendous asset to any family.”
“I have been friends with Bonnie for over thirty five years. She is very trustworthy and extremely responsible. Bonnie is caring and a very honest Pierce County Tutor. I am happy to call her one of my best and oldest friends.”
