Tammy loves working as a Nanny in Tacoma WA!

“I am very energetic, enthusiastic, reliable, respectable, patient, caring, and honest person. I love working with children; their different personalities and loads of energy make them a joy to be around. I believe that each child is unique, and I focus on building self-esteem and confidence through positive feedback. My number one priority is to spend time nurturing and encouraging the children in my care. Prior to being a nanny, I have also worked in daycare facilities as well as babysitting roles. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other if would have to be because I have that emotionally, mentally and physically connection with families, and genuinely enjoy making their lives easier. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 12 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel that children are unique and energetic, and just have so much joy and life to bring to others. My goal as a nanny is to meet the physical and emotional needs of each child. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes cleaning the dining room, living room, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as any dishes, dusting, or mopping that is needed. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am kind, loving, enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include picnics, going on walks, trips to art museums, educational videos, reading, writing, sight-seeing, as well as any other activities the children enjoy and parents encourage. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny in Tacoma, WA like me I would hope they would be kind and caring.”
“Tammy began working for me as a Nanny in Tacoma, WA early last year and is still caring for my children on a part-time basis. She began taking care of my twin boys at age 15 months. Tammy has become a part of the family; my kids adore her as do my husband and I. Tammy’s primary responsibility is to take care of the children, preparing their meals and playing with them. She also tidies up the kitchen and play areas. She does a lot of reading, playing inside or outside depending on the weather, and teaching age appropriate skills. She is actively involved with them playing and teaching through play. Tammy is very reliable and flexible. She has yet to miss a day of work and is happy to make minor adjustments to her schedule even at the last minute. Tammy is always patient and has a calm demeanor, which I think works well with small children. She is firm when needed, but again, firm with this calmness. She respects the boys by talking to them and explaining the why (why you can’t jump on the sofa)—she just doesn’t tell them ‘no.’ Of course, she also acts silly and goofy with my boys! Tammy is highly motivated and wants to do a good job caring for my boys according to my philosophy. I recommend Tammy with full confidence. She is an outstanding nanny and person. I am so relieved knowing that my boys are in good care with her. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of further assistance.”
“I am writing in regard to Tomeshia. I believe she is the best choice for a Nanny in Tacoma, WA. I have known Tomeshia for years, and during that time I have gotten to know Tomeshia (Tammy) very well. Children love her and always have so much fun. There's never a dull moment with Tammy! Being an Asst. lead teacher at a school isn't an easy task. Someone is always going to be "the fun one" or "the disciplinarian one." However, Tammy manages to do both with ease, and as such is able to retain the children's respect. We may not always think that a child respecting us is important, but it really does go a long way in keeping a child (and, in the process, his/her caregiver) happy. Tammy gaining a child's respect convinces me that she is destined to be in this line of work. She shows commitment, dedication, respect, loyalty, honesty, dependability/reliability, and is hard working. She is also enthusiastic, creative, has a great spontaneous work ethic. Anytime I am in need of a Caregiver/Nanny I think of Tammy, so I do not hesitate in recommending in hiring her for the position. I strongly encourage you to jump at the opportunity to have Tammy care for your children. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like me to elaborate on anything I've written here, or if you have any specific questions about Tammy. I would be happy to discuss her excellent qualifications at length.”
“I am writing to recommend Tammy as a Nanny in Tacoma, WA. I've known Tammy for years and she has looked after my child for 1 ½ years and still currently watches her from time to time, and she performed diligently. She was highly motivated to learn as much as she could and performed extremely well utilizing her best capabilities. She frequently devoted herself for long hours, helping my daughter on her gross motor skills and development. She understands her limitations as a nanny and never disturbed our privacy. Tammy is very dependable and trustworthy. She will forever and always be my favorite part of my daughter’s life because without her I don't know what I would've done. She was an extremely huge help in many situations. I could always count on her. My daughter is so hands-on and so smart because of Tammy. Choosing her to be your nanny would be one of the best decisions you could ever make.”
“I have known Tammy for many years and during that time she has watched both of my children on many occasions. She has helped with potty-training, walking, motor skills, and much more. Working with Tammy has been very convenient because she is very flexible and easily adheres to my schedules. She is an excellent Nanny in Tacoma, WA and I feel she will be a great asset to any company. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.”
