“I’m always upbeat, positive, and happy. I can swim, and I cook very well. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be with the Nanny Agency in Medina over any other, it would have to be because I love children. I have done newborn nursing up to 12 years old. I am very experienced in caring for children, especially new born babies. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 20 years and can honestly say I am very experienced and great at what I do! I feel that children are precious gifts and I believe in the all-around well-being of children; physically, mentally, psychologically, and emotionally. My goal as a nanny is to provide the best care to children and work alongside parents in carrying out instructions for their children. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am honest, a person of integrity, positive, polite and of a good disposition, as well as energetic. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include preparing children’s meals, reading, music time, arts and crafts, some sort of physical activity, and walking or dancing if allowed. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a nanny like me, I would hope they would have great communication skills; as I am a big communicator. “We have had the pleasure of being acquainted with Paula in a variety of capacities. Our initial interaction with her was as a leader in liturgical dance, as she was training in this area. We found Paula and saw the high level of professionalism and ethics that she displays. She remained with her group until she successfully received her beginner’s certificate in this area, and we know without Paula’s high expectations, this accomplishment would not have been actualized. At this time, we were seeking child care for our infant. After hearing that Paula, with the support of her mother, was successfully homeschooling and supporting other families with childcare, we asked if they would support us as well. With the loving and caring environment that we felt each time we were around the family, we know that our first born would be well cared for, and she was! Our daughter remained in their care even while attending school. Our daughter demonstrated sign language skills and learned songs that she would sing at home. Additionally, she was able to participate in a plethora of activities (tennis, youth groups, etc.) that far surpassed our expectations. Although our daughter attends school full time, our children remain close. Additionally, Paula has demonstrated herself to be hardworking, diligent, and committed to supporting others both here and abroad. We have seen her take charge in business ventures, leading in her church and being a great impact in the life of her family. Approximately two years ago, Paula’s daughter went on a mission trip to distribute gifts to an orphanage and school in Haiti. This is one of several trips that her daughter has attended with her support and we are aware that she and her family have attended many trips to support others in need as well. It has been a pleasure for our family to know her and her family. Each time we see Paula she is fruitful, working and caring.
