“Family is very important to me! I have chosen to be a nanny because I love children, and I want them to live happy lives. I love for children to count on me. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love children. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 6 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are kind and fun. My goal as a nanny is to ensure the safety of the children and make sure they learn and play. I am able to do housekeeping that includes laundry, ironing, dishes, organize closets and bedrooms! If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am fun, outgoing, clean, neat and organized. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would be whatever the family’s needs call for. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking Nannies in Seattle WA I would hope they would be nice and looking for someone to become part of the family.”
“Karen did an excellent job with my son! She was always punctual and always flexible with her schedule. If I needed to work late, it was never an issue with her. Also, there were several times I needed to leave very early in the morning, and she was always able to take my son to allow me to do so. She was willing to work evenings and on weekends if I needed. I also appreciated the work she did with my son. She read to him and did activities with him to help him learn and develop. She also took him to the park and the pool as well as on walks to make sure he got plenty of sunshine and exercise. He always wanted to go stay with her and was in a good mood when I picked him up. She was very good at getting him to eat as well. He has always been a picky eater, but did not have that issue with her. I would recommend her to any family – I loved her time with my son. My son was much happier with Nannies in Seattle WA than at daycare.”
“Karen cared for my two children ages two and one. She was very dependable, flexible and structured her time well. I feel blessed to have had her as a part of my children's lives. Karen has a kind-hearted, patient and nurturing personality. She went above and beyond her duties with Nannies in Seattle WA. She even taught my 2-yr. old how to count in Spanish and learn how to recognize letters. As well as providing my infant with fantastic care! Karen is bright, reliable, and affectionate also well-versed in child development with a natural affinity toward children. She bonded with our son in such a delightful way, turning practically everything into a fun game which he loved. Karen was referred to me by a trusted colleague, and I always felt safe leaving my children in her care. She was very understanding, even when having to work unexpected overtime. She also transported my children to doctor's appointments and local activities. We feel fortunate to have had her in our home, and convinced that our son owes much of his positive development to her presence.”
