I am a hard worker and love to take care of children. I came from a family of 8 siblings and have babysat for all of my nieces and nephews. I enjoy taking care of children because they are so interested in learning new things and it amazes me to watch children grow and learn. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love to take care of children and at this time wish not to work in a hospital setting. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 25 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel that children are special and should be shown lots of love and interest in them to help them grow to be the best person they can become. My goals as a Nanny is to help children grow and learn to the best of their ability and also have time to just play and enjoy being a child. I am willing to do housekeeping at the children requests that includes dishes, and light laundry. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives, I would say that I am happy, loving, caring, enthusiastic and funny. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include reading, outdoor activities, and trips to the zoo. I would also include some Montessori activities since I am also trained in Montessori education. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking Nannies in Kitsap County like me I would hope they would be loving and really interested in helping their kids be the best they can be.
