“I have a passion for watching children grow and learn through each stage of their life. I take pride in teaching them Spanish. I am comfortable helping with household chores such as; laundry, organizing, cooking and cleaning. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other it would have to be because there’s no better reward than to be part of a child’s life and giving them love, confidence, trust and protection. “Laura worked with my family and me for almost 3 years, and it was hard to see her go. I was blessed to have her as my children's nanny as she was very caring, attentive, patient, and loving. She was committed to giving our children the attention and patience needed, and during nap times, she did the children's laundry, any necessary cooking, organizing, and clean up. Our house was always in order when my husband and I got home in the evenings. My husband always raved about coming home to happy kids and a clean house. When I made the decision to cut back with work and stay home, we knew we would lose Laura, which was a very difficult decision. The one advantage we still have is that she still comes to watch our boys on weekends or nights when we have events to attend, not to mention their birthday parties. Our relationship with Laura will carry on throughout our boys' lives, which I am so grateful for. “I have a six-year-old girl and a two-year-old boy. They were both very attached to Laura as she developed such a special bond with them. Laura was great in getting my daughter to school on time every morning without rushing. Her timeliness was always appreciated as she also had to pick her up from school in the afternoon. Her time with my son during the day was great as she prepared him delicious, healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and snack time. He always looked forward to going out for walks with Laura as they developed this into a routine every day (weather permitting). She also took him to his Little Gym classes once a week where he could jump around and plays with other kids with Laura's supervision. Once my daughter got home, Laura also made sure to spend time with her and they would prep meals together and have their bonding times as well. She was always comfortable bathing our children and getting them ready for bed on late nights.
