“I am a very respectable, outgoing, and fun-oriented individual. My main inspiration for working so hard comes from my family. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other is because I have a true passion for working with children of all ages. I know it makes a difference in the lives of the little ones I come in contact with. I also enjoy helping children to find themselves. Being a part of raising a child and interacting with the whole family is essential to me. It is a personal relationship and one that is completely unique. I have been serving in childcare for over 4 years and can honestly say I am excellent in what I do! I feel children are very fun to be around, adventurous, and I can learn more from them. My goal as a Magnolia Special Needs Nanny is to work hard and be that extra set of hands that the family needs. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes children’s laundry and light housework. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am creative, energetic, loving, respectful and determined. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include playdates, going to the playground, educational games and story time. I enjoy being active and outdoor activities.”
“Lanna started caring for my son at 2 months old when I went back to work. It was hard and Lanna made me feel a great deal more relaxed about leaving him with someone. In addition to her regular schedule, she also stayed for overtime occasionally. She focused completely on our baby and his needs. She is cautious and calm when working with young infants. She truly enjoys her job and is a pleasure to work with every day. She fulfilled all of her job requirements and I feel that Lanna is a wonderful Magnolia Special Needs Nanny. We enjoyed working with her and my son loves her. She is professional, kind, genuine, dedicated, and flexible.”
“Lanna was capable and qualified to do everything that was expected as our Magnolia Special Needs Nanny. I was referred to Lanna by a friend who had hired her to take care of her son two days a week. I had also seen her around town with my friend’s son and she seemed very attentive. It was obvious that there was much affection between them. I work from home and need someone who can help on as-needed basis and who I can call on without much notice. Lanna promptly responds to all messages and if she is not working with another child, has always shown up when I needed her. She is very flexible as I often contact her the day before. She will arrange play dates with my son and other children in the neighborhood, which I really appreciate, and my son is happy when I return. Especially when she first started watching Lachlan she would send me little text message --updates and pictures to let me know everything was ok. She is very prompt, even early, so I never have to worry that she’ll be late. She is a very caring person and I recommend her!”
“Lana has been a great help with our daughter. She fulfilled her job requirements of a Magnolia Special Needs Nanny and more. She always had positive attitude and a gentle heart. She made sure to send updates throughout the day and kept us informed of daily activities, naps and everything in between. We have always had positive interactions and felt secure that our child was in good hands throughout day.”
“Lana fulfilled all the job requirements of a Magnolia Special Needs Nanny and always went above and beyond the expectations to make sure my son was well taken care of, having fun, and healthy. Lana gave high quality care to my son for over a year and I was never worried about him while he was in Lanna’s care. Lana prepared my sons meals, took him on outings to playgrounds and arranged play dates with other children. Lana kept my son on his nap schedule and was very patient in helping him get to sleep. Lana followed my instructions regarding diet and would often stay late on short notice if I asked. Lana always arrived 15 minutes early to work with a calm and cheerful demeanor. We will all miss her greatly!”
“Lanna is a very organized, goal oriented, happy and professional person. She is also very punctual I believe that Lanna would be a great Magnolia Special Needs Nanny to a family because she is committed to everything in her life. She has the patience that it takes to care for others.”
