“I am a loving, caring experienced child care worker. As an independent child care worker, I have provided children with the benefit of my caring spirit, dedication, creativity and an attitude of encouragement. Most parents whose children I have looked after have been nothing less than grateful, as my care has provided them with an opportunity to carry out their work duties without being worried of their young ones. Becoming a Magnolia Household Manager will make me feel stronger as an individual in helping young people strive to become mature adults and encouraging them to be strong as well. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other, it would have to be because I have been watching children for nine years now. I enjoy watching children. I cared for many children in my lifetime, also with special needs. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over nine years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are children are very special to me. My goal as a nanny is to become a role model for the children, for them to become independent and responsible adults in the future. I am able to do housekeeping that includes washing clothes, sweeping, vacuum, and light cooking. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am independent, responsible, active and caring. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include reading, writing, drawing, coloring, site seeing, go to the park, museums and zoo. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a nanny like me I would hope they would be I just asked that the family is kind and respectful.”
