“I am a very loving, bubbly, and outgoing individual who loves life and animals. I am very energetic, and I get involved with the children I nanny by doing outdoor play, puppet shows, art & crafts, and reading. I have been told I am a very unique nanny by all the hard work and caring I do for the children I care for at the time I am with them. I wanted to become a Kitsap County, WA Nanny because I love children! They are so unique in so many different ways as well as, so many different special personalities and I love to know the child and see their unique gifts and have that unique gift of theirs bloom into dreams. I love to plant a seed into a child to give them that one idea that they dream and let them fly away with that. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 10 years and can honestly say I LOVE what I do! I feel the children are all special in their own ways. Bringing out each individual gift or dream is what is important to me. My goal as a Nanny is to give them my110% best so that they know they are loved. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, tidy up, snacks, lunch, breakfasts, and meal preparation. I always go above and beyond my job! If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am outgoing, energetic, fun-loving, caring, and direct. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include arts & crafts, depending on age, dancing, outdoor activities, nature walks, reading, pc learning time, puppet shows, decorating their cork boards by season, dress-up for girls, board games, learning board games, puzzles, Legos, etc. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be very open because communication is most important to me.”
“We have employed Joy as a Kitsap County, WA Nanny for our both our son and daughter. Joy's performance had been excellent. She is very responsible and trustworthy, and she has taken wonderful care of our children. During the almost 4 years she has worked with us, she has adapted her interaction with and care for our children as they have grown older. Joy is intelligent, capable and hard working. In caring for our children, Joy has been responsible for their meals, clothing, and overseeing homework, transportation to school and other activities, and safety. Joy also has done other household chores such as laundry, organizing the children's toys and clothes and running errands for us when necessary. Joy takes initiative to address household chores and needs and to plan play dates and activities for our children, particularly on -those days when they do not have school. In addition to her nanny responsibilities, Joy has spent time working with my daughter on her letters, numbers, reading and writing to help prepare her for kindergarten. With both of our children in school full time in the fall, we will no longer need a full-time nanny. We will be disappointed to see Joy leave, and we give her our highest recommendation.”
“We have employed Joy as a nanny for our both of our sons. Joy’s performance is highly satisfactory. She is responsible and trustworthy. She has taken excellent care of our children. Joy is intelligent, capable, and hard working. We believe she would make a wonderful Kitsap County, WA Nanny for any family! In caring for our children, Joy was responsible for their meals, clothing, homework, transportation to school, and safety. She was also responsible for certain matters of household management including overseeing household contractors when they came to our home to work. Joy happily ran errands, did laundry, and helped organize the children’s belongings.”
“She is a very caring and loving person who always went beyond the call of duty. She organized her time well and made interactive play fun for Jonathan. We watched our son thrive under her care! Although Jonathan went to on KinderCare at the age of 2 years old to be in a group setting with other children his age, we could not have been happier with Joy’s performance. We highly recommend Joy for to be a Kitsap County, WA Nanny!”
