Sandy is a very hard worker; she will go above and beyond her duties. She is motivated to work with children and enjoys being with them. She always carries a positive attitude always, as well as a great sense of humor which is very important with the little ones. Sandy has the physical energy that is needed to keep up with children and she uses it to motivate them as well, she stays calm under pressure, and she is an extremely intelligent girl, the common sense about what a child needs, which also comes from her own natural sense of what children want or need at that moment, this also comes into use when she suspects that something may be "off."
