I am a punctual reliable person with a great sense of humor. I am firm yet reasonable and above all I’m easy to talk to. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I enjoy teaching and watching children grow. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 30 years and can honestly say I thoroughly enjoy what I do! I feel the children are like plants, with love, nurturing and the right amount of care, they blossom into beautiful works of art. My goal as a Kirkland Tutor is to leave a lasting memory of my love and care in the lives of every child I that I have, and will care for. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes light meal preparation for the children as well as straightening their bedroom and play areas. I am also willing to do the laundry for the children. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am punctual, loving, caring, playful and understanding. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include music time, reading, finger painting/messy art, wood block building, and minimal TV time.
