“I have seven years working in a child care agency as an Everett Governess. I am very calm and easygoing, also enjoy children playing I want to be a nanny because I think it is a great opportunity to care for children one on one and enjoy their company. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession over any other it would have to be because children are a joy to be around! I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 7 years and can honestly say I adore what I do! I feel the children are adventurous. My goal as a nanny is to help children with their daily activities and allow them to discover the beauty in everyday life. If I had to describe myself I would say that I am spontaneous, fun, caring and kind. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include painting, coloring, puzzles, and baking. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a nanny like me I would hope they would be kind, behaved, fun, and joyful.”
“Jamileh and I worked together for over eight years. She was a pleasure to work with as an Everett Governess. She is very responsible, caring and a hard worker. Jamileh was always happy and had a joyful personality. She is always ready to lend a helping hand; she goes out of her way to help her coworkers, children and parents. Jamileh was always concern for the well-being of all the children, she shows respect and love for all the children and their families. Jamileh will be a great asset for your company.”
“During her time, she has proven to be a valuable, dedicated employee. Jamileh was a critical member of the educational staff in achieving this recognition. Jamileh proved herself to be a dependable, self-motivated employee, able to make decisions based on the situation presented. Jamileh could fill the role of Everett Governess if the need arose.”
“On a professional level I have found Jamileh to be a hard worker, knowledgeable, loyal, dedicated, conscientious, committed and professional in her work. I have found her to be extremely dedicated to the well-being of the families in her caseload. She is the type of individual that is willing to go the extra miles for families in need of her assistance. Her duties as a family worker included organizing and leading monthly meetings for families and conducting home visits. Although these duties were her priority she was also expected to spend time in the classroom during the morning, I would say during those hours 80% of her time was in the classroom; performing the duties of an assistant teacher. In the afternoons her work was to perform the duties of a social worker. In addition, she performed clerical and administrative duties when the director was not present. In fact, at times running the center on her own. I think her flexibility have allowed her to experience all the facets of work as an Everett Governess. What I admire most about Jamileh is that she takes the opportunity to learn something new always. She never stops learning; she is always willing to find the time to maintain herself informed. She is knowledgeable in issues of early childhood and has knowledge and experience with the early childhood curriculum used at pre-schools. Finally, I reiterate she is extremely loyal, a true team player and versatile, always I have known her to be willing to step in and perform any task she is assigned in her job capacity.”
“As the director of the Education Center, I supervised Jamileh, a family worker, for about 5 years. She demonstrated herself as a dedicated employee by being consistently on time, flexible with her schedule and being ready to assist in any way to make the job go smoothly. She willingly mentored new family workers until they understood all the aspects of the position. Jamileh was friendly with her families and their children. She assisted the teachers with the children, and would stay with the children while the teacher had a conference with a parent. The children knew and loved her. She spoke to them with respect and kindness. In fact, she spoke to all with respect and kindness. In my opinion Jamileh would be an asset as an Everett Governess.”
“Not only have I been a neighbor of Jamileh for several years, but I have also worked with her. Jamileh was a family worker. In this role I witnessed her work with parents, students as well as staff members. Jamileh interacted with all the students in the whole school several times a day while they were engaged in work activities, free play, recess, lunch and before and after care. She knew all the students by name and all of their parents and guardians as well. Jamileh is a very caring individual who takes great pride in her work. Not only did she work with the children and their families, but she often helped with other aspects of the center such as opening and closing the center, covering classrooms when staff members had to leave early or were absent, she took care of sick children and helped the parents with anything they needed. She often went above and beyond her job title to help make our work a happy place to be. She always had a pleasant attitude and was a pleasure to work with. In my opinion, Jamileh would be a great Everett Governess. She is a wonderful warm and respectful person. She is a pleasure to work with and will always go above and beyond her job description.”
“Jamileh is a very loving person and co-worker and loves children. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Jamileh over the years where she has shown a great dedication as an Everett Governess. She is a hard worker and completes all of her responsibilities and job duties.”
“Jamileh is passionate about understanding children by really listening to them. Children know when someone isn’t listening to them, even though they don’t verbally express it. Jamileh is very receptive to that and genuinely cares to listen and interact with children. One day, I referred her to my cousin who at the time had a newborn baby. He was very thankful that I found someone like Jamileh to help take care of his baby. She is very experienced with newborns as well as children. She has the desire and passion that it takes to be a great Everett Governess. Jamileh is trustworthy as well. Jamileh is an active listener. I have known this quality about her since the day we first met. She is fun, exciting, and focused on her responsibility to take care of another person. She is also an excellent cook! If you are looking for someone reliable, sincere, and experienced in taking care of children and babies as well, Jamileh is somebody I would definitely recommend.”
