Our search is focused on candidates that live no more than a thirty minute commute from your residence. Typically our candidates will have had experience in your local home area. We recruit through campuses, career fairs, nursing schools, and childcare centers to find the best balance of career nannies available. Many successful professional nurses and teachers have worked with happy families while attending a university or taking online credits. We’ve even seen some our nannies continue on with their law degrees, teaching certificates, and even become doctors! We seek out candidates that have a compassionate nature that guides them into part time childcare while completing their education. Equally, some candidates are simply passionate about children and enjoy spending their days earning an income and doing what they love! Regardless, all the candidates we offer have a unique story and reason why they adore children and childhood! Each of them have helped families thrive!

We respect everyone's right to work, and celebrate all kinds of childcare endeavours, although we do keep a strict policy for our candidates experience and credentials. We do not offer entry level positions. Each ABC Nanny has successfully completed our exclusive 10 Step Screening Process! Our candidates have, at minimum, two years of experience in childcare, ranging from previously trained nannies to daycare centers. Every nanny’s references are checked and verified through our verification department.
