During the screening process to be represented by ABC Nanny Source, recruiters and Placement Counselors will present several questions to determine acceptance into the Agency. Here are a few examples of the questions posed by ABC Nanny Source during this stage.
1. What led you to opt for a career as a nanny instead of pursuing a position within a school or daycare, centered around childcare?
2. In terms of the age group of children, which age group would you say you feel most at ease working with?
3. What do you think about discipline? What are your thoughts and perspectives on the concept of enforcing rules and regulations to maintain order and control?
4. Can you please explain to me your personal interpretation of what constitutes an excellent nanny?
5. If you encounter any inquiries in relation to the family position description, how would you approach them? Would you address any questions before accepting the position or would you rely on optimism afterwards?
6. What types of activities, both educational and play, do you envision including in the daily plan?
7. In your previous experiences, what type of communication style have you been familiar with when working with families? Will you be maintaining a daily events journal to provide us with updates on the day's happenings?
8. Are you someone who can be identified as a reliable caregiver?
9. What do you consider to be your most exceptional quality? In what area do you believe you need to focus your efforts for improvement?
