Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, yet referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, this multi-name wonder goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" to her husband, proudly displayed on her license plate. A master of wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes simultaneously, she holds a degree in multi-tasking and loves sharing her "name story" with anyone who asks. She adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies. Over her decade-long service at ABC, she has cherished every moment of working with all nannies and families. Personally, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary recently by renewing their vows in Kauai, adding another chapter to their fairy tale love story. She has always been a natural matchmaker and enjoys connecting the perfect caregiver to each family she works with, understanding that everyone's needs are different. Building deep connections with families and nannies is incredibly important to her, and many of them have become her close friends. In fact, she recently paired up two ABC clients who were single parents, and they just announced their engagement. This goes to show how far she goes in her matchmaking skills, always going above and beyond the call of duty. With a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins, she believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, and her sweet voice is famous. Despite sounding like a 3-year-old at times, she humorously proclaims that her wrinkles prove she's not. Her infectious sense of humor and positive energy make every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunrises and sunsets/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah embodies a vibrant and adventurous spirit, always seeking fun and excitement. Her passion for connecting with people has remained a defining characteristic throughout her life experiences and educational pursuits. From a young age, Hannah displayed her creative talent by taking piano lessons and exploring various musical styles, including classical, pop, and theatrical genres. This passion for music led her to pursue a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development at Liberty University in 2014. After completing her studies, Hannah continued to nurture her personal and professional growth through diverse internships. These included volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she completed an intensive Cosmetology program, graduating from Paul Mitchell the School Hope Valley with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Since joining ABC Nanny Source in 2016, Hannah has cherished every opportunity to connect with both nannies and families. She initially started as a Nanny Recruiter and subsequently grew her role as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Today, Hannah dedicates her days as a Placement Counselor, assisting families in finding their perfect childcare match, like Mary Poppins. She lives by the mantra derived from her beloved Scripture, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) Looking ahead, Hannah eagerly anticipates fostering meaningful connections with families by utilizing her creative flair and excellent communication skills. Erica's dedication to helping others has been a driving force throughout her extensive experience working with children in various settings. With her unwavering optimism and determination, Erica approaches each day as an adventure, whether it involves enjoying a game with her loved ones or diligently aiding individuals in finding their ideal matches at the agency.
