Your placement counselor will keep you well-informed about the different positions you are being considered for, and provide you with all the necessary information to determine your interest. If you are interested, we will schedule a call to discuss the position in detail, including your previous positions, education, and schedule availability. Most importantly, we will assess how your attributes align with the families' needs. If both you and your placement counselor believe it's a good match, your full profile will be sent to the family for their consideration.
