However, her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood all refer to her as "LisaBeth." To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom." Neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa." Her nephews and niece affectionately call her "Aunt Lisa," while her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny," a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. Known for her multitasking abilities, Beth is a jack of all trades, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously. She holds a degree in multitasking and is always ready to pull out her driver's license to share her "name story." Feel free to ask her about it, and she'll gladly let you call her anything you'd like, as long as it's not late for dinner. Beth is adored by her family, friends, and the church community. She is also well-loved by the thousands of families and nannies she has served locally at ABC Nanny Source for well over a decade. Cherishing every moment of her work, Beth has truly made a difference in the lives of nannies and families alike. On a personal note, Beth grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart whom she has known since she was only 8 years old. They recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Matchmaking seems to be in Beth's blood. She claims to have been doing it since she was a little girl and didn't let up even after joining ABC Nanny Source. Before working at the agency, she spent nearly a decade serving in marketing at the phone company. Beth's passion lies in matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She takes every aspect of the process seriously and gets to know families and nannies on a deep level, considering many of them her close friends. In fact, this year alone, Beth successfully paired up two single ABC clients who just announced their engagement. While this may not be a typical service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Beth's dedication and commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty are evident. Beth's infectious positivity and sense of humor are well-known. She has a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, a sentiment that is reflected in her sweet voice. She often jokes, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" In addition to her lively personality, Beth has a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life. Rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, thunderstorms, Broadway plays, card games, and family time are just a few of the things that bring her joy. Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of energy, excitement, and a thirst for adventure. Her love for people has always been a defining aspect of her personality and has been evident in every endeavor and opportunity she has pursued. With an innate creative flair, she embarked on her musical journey at the young age of 5, initiating piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she further expanded her knowledge in classical, pop, and theatrical styles, both in piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah decided to continue her musical education at Liberty University, where she took courses towards obtaining a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Her dedication to personal and professional growth led her to engage in various internships after her time at Liberty. From a summer devoted to voluntary construction work in Fairbanks, AK, to completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL, Hannah seized every opportunity to enhance her skills. Her thirst for knowledge didn't stop there, as she recently completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Redbird. Graduating with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors, Hannah showcases her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her life. Since joining ABC Nanny Source in 2016, Hannah has found immense joy in building connections with both nannies and families. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she quickly progressed to become an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Today, Hannah dedicates her time as a Placement Counselor, where she assists families in finding their perfect Mary Poppins. Embracing one of her favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), Hannah aims to live by these principles. Hannah eagerly looks forward to continuing her connections with families, utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to help every parent and child find the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica's passion for assisting others, which has flourished over many years of working with children in various settings, permeates everything she does. Her cheerful nature finds its true calling in guiding nannies to present their best selves through their profiles. In her role within the Verification Department, Erica readily extends a helping hand and provides prompt answers to any inquiries. Beyond the office, she indulges in the enchanting realm of fantasy novels and delights her friends with homemade sweet treats. Each day is an adventure for Erica, fueled by her unyielding optimism and determination.
