In addition to providing you with the selected nannies' profiles, your placement counselor will send you a standard "Offer of Employment Letter" which can be customized to accurately convey your preferences to the chosen nanny. As soon as she accepts the offer, she will be promptly removed from the pool of available candidates and will no longer be considered for other families.
