To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom", while neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa". Her nephews and niece affectionately call her "Aunt Lisa", and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny" which she proudly displays on her license plate. With so many names, she is a jack of all names, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously! She has mastered the art of multi-tasking and is always ready to share her "name story" when asked. She is open to being called anything, as long as it's not late for dinner! She is adored by her family, friends, the church community, and her neighbors, along with thousands of families and nannies locally. Having served at ABC for well over a decade, she has cherished every moment of her time there. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was only 8 years old. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. She finds joy in telling everyone that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl and that passion did not diminish when she joined ABC Nanny Source after working at the phone company for nearly a decade in marketing. "Beth" loves matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She understands the importance of every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family, and she takes the time to know families and nannies intimately, considering many of them her close friends. In fact, this year she successfully paired up two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they have recently announced their engagement. While this is not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it demonstrates how far she takes her matchmaking skills and how she goes above and beyond the call of duty. She has always had a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweetness is heard in her famous voice, which is filled with her overall sense of humor and general positive energy. One of her favorite sayings, though it may make her sound like a 3-year-old, is, "I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her enthusiasm and positivity make the day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Among her many favorite things are rainbows, dolphins and whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing the guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and spending time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of energy, excitement, and a sense of adventure. Her passion for people is a defining characteristic that has manifested itself in every aspect of her life. This passion has been evident throughout her various pursuits and learning experiences. Renowned for her imaginative flair, Hannah embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 5 when she began taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she continued to study a wide range of musical styles, including classical, pop, and theatrical, in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education further by enrolling at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, Hannah eagerly seized opportunities for personal and professional growth through multiple internships. She spent a summer engaged in volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK and successfully completed the highly-regarded Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah achieved diplomas in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Ca�ada De Los Alamos, graduating with honors in both Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah commenced her journey with ABC Nanny Source and has cherished every moment of connecting with nannies and families alike. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she advanced to working as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently holds the role of Placement Counselor, where she assists families in finding their ideal Mary Poppins figure. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), is a mantra that she lives by. With enthusiasm, Hannah eagerly anticipates nurturing connections with families and utilizing her creativity and excellent communication skills to help every parent and child discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

As a cheerful and compassionate member of our team, she finds true fulfillment in supporting nannies to create standout profiles. Within our Verification Department, Erica's presence is invaluable, as she is always quick to offer assistance and address any inquiries.
