Known to many as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but lovingly referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children. To her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she is simply "Lisa". Her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa", while her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny", a name she proudly displays on her license plate. With all these names, she's a master of multitasking, answering to everyone sometimes even simultaneously! She's earned a degree in multi-tasking and is always eager to share her "name story" when given the chance. Just don't make her late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, as well as thousands of families and nannies locally, she has served as an invaluable resource for over a decade at ABC. On a personal note, she grew up in this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she's known since the age of 8. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale! Matchmaking has been a passion of hers since childhood, and joining ABC Nanny Source after nearly a decade at the phone company allowed her to continue pursuing this passion. Beth delights in matching each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. The process of connecting the right individual to the family is of utmost importance to her, and she forms intimate relationships with both the families and nannies, considering many of them her close friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully paired up two ABC clients who were single parents, resulting in their engagement! While this may not be a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases how far she goes above and beyond for her clients. Beth's love for Disney's Mary Poppins shines through, as she firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweetness can be heard in her famous voice! Despite sounding like a 3-year-old at times, she reassures everyone that her wrinkles prove she's not. Her sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, turning every day into something Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! She has many favorite things, including rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and spending quality time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of fun, energy, and a sense of adventure. Her passion for people is an integral part of her character, evident in every opportunity she pursues. Known for her artistic talent, she embarked on a journey in piano lessons at the young age of 5 and continued to study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her schooling years. In 2014, she furthered her music education at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she sought personal and professional growth through various internships, including a summer of voluntary construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she excelled in a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Center Harbor, graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah started her journey with ABC Nanny Source, where connecting with nannies and families became a source of joy. Beginning as a Nanny Recruiter, she moved on to work as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department, and now serves as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. An ongoing motto Hannah holds dear is derived from one of her cherished Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Hannah eagerly looks forward to nurturing connections with families, utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to help parents and children alike discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to supporting others has been ingrained in her work at ABC Nanny Source, drawing from her extensive experience working with children in various capacities over the years. Known for her perpetual cheerfulness, she flourishes when assisting nannies refine their profiles, ensuring they present their best selves. As a valuable member of our Verification Department, Erica readily extends a helping hand and addresses inquiries promptly. Off-duty, she indulges in the enchantment of fantasy novels or bakes delectable treats to share with her cherished companions. Her unwavering optimism and resolute determination infuse each day with an exciting adventure, whether engaging in a simple family game or earnestly aiding individuals in discovering their ideal matches within our agency. The depth of her impact on those around her transcends mere words, earning her adoration from countless individuals. Among our Verification Department, Erica is affectionately referred to as the "brain" due to her encyclopedic recall and ability to effortlessly provide the status of any nanny or family member, exemplifying her genuine care and exceptional cognitive prowess. We are truly fortunate to have her as an invaluable asset to our team.
