Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to affectionately as "LisaBeth" by her loved ones, including her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is simply "Mom" to her five handsome children. To the neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she goes by "Lisa", while her nephews and niece know her as "Aunt Lisa". Lastly, her husband fondly calls her "Bunny", a nickname proudly displayed on her license plate. With a multitude of names, she wears many hats and can answer to them all, sometimes even simultaneously. Considered a master of multitasking, she loves sharing her �name story� and is more than happy to respond to any preferred name, as long as it's not "late for dinner". Adored by family, friends, the church community, and neighbors, she has also won the hearts of thousands of local families and nannies through her work at ABC Nanny Source for over a decade. Personally, growing up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she met at the tender age of 8. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in the enchanting island of Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Even as a young girl, she loved "matchmaking", a passion that remains alive even after joining ABC Nanny Source following nearly a decade of serving in marketing at the phone company. Recognizing that every family has unique needs, she takes great pleasure in finding the perfect caregiver for each family she works with. Building strong connections between the right individuals is of utmost importance to her, and she has grown close to many families and nannies who she regards as her dear friends. In fact, this year, she successfully matched two single parents who were both clients of ABC Nanny Source, and they recently announced their engagement. While not a typical service provided by the agency, this accomplishment showcases her commitment to going above and beyond the call of duty. Beth has always had a soft spot for Disney's Mary Poppins, believing that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, a sentiment reflected in her sweet and melodious voice, which she is also famous for. Despite claiming to sound like a 3-year-old, she laughs and points to the wrinkles on her face as evidence of her true age. With an infectious sense of humor, positive energy, and a knack for making each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, she brings joy to everyone she encounters. Rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and cherished family time are just a few of her favorite things.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah embodies a vibrant, adventurous spirit that infuses her every endeavor. Her genuine passion for people shines through in all aspects of her life. From a young age, she displayed her creative flair by immersing herself in the world of music. At just 5 years old, she started taking piano lessons and continued to explore a diverse range of styles, including classical, pop, and theatrical, in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her academic years. In pursuit of her musical education, Hannah enrolled at Liberty University in 2014, where she eagerly completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Seeking further personal and professional growth, she seized the opportunity to participate in various internships. These included a summer volunteering in Fairbanks, AK, where she engaged in construction work, as well as successfully completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah added cosmetology to her skill set by enrolling in the esteemed Paul Mitchell the School South Heart. Her dedication and talent were evident as she graduated with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, Hannah embarked on a journey with ABC Nanny Source, and it has been a fulfilling experience connecting with families and nannies alike. She began as a Nanny Recruiter, progressing to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently serves as a Placement Counselor, utilizing her skills to help families find their ideal Mary Poppins. A guiding principle in Hannah's life is drawn from one of her cherished Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). With a bright outlook, she eagerly looks forward to establishing lasting connections with families and leveraging her creativity and communication skills to assist every parent and child in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica has channeled her passion for helping others after gaining extensive experience working with children in various settings. Her dedication to making a difference is evident in all her endeavors here. Erica thrives on assisting nannies in showcasing their best qualities through their profiles, making her most comfortable in this role. In our Verification Department, Erica diligently works behind the scenes, readily offering guidance and addressing any inquiries. During her leisure time, she enjoys immersing herself in fantasy novels or baking delectable treats for her friends. Erica's unwavering optimism and determination infuse each day with excitement and new experiences, whether she's engaged in playful family activities or diligently assisting individuals in discovering their "perfect fit" at the agency. Her invaluable contributions and unwavering support make her adored by all. We often affectionately refer to her as the "brains" of the Verification Department due to her expansive memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family.
