Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood. She's simply "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, and "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece. Her husband affectionately calls her "Bunny," which she proudly displays on her license plate. She wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously. With a degree in multi-tasking, she's always ready to share her "name story" and insists you can call her anything you'd like, just not late for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies. Having served nannies and families at ABC for well over a decade, she cherishes every moment. Personally, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart whom she's known since she was 8 years old. They recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. She delights in telling people that she's been "matchmaking" since she was a child, and even after joining ABC Nanny Source. Previously, she worked at the phone company for almost a decade in marketing. Beth loves matching each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She finds every aspect of connecting the right individual with the family incredibly important. Building intimate relationships with families and nannies, she considers many of them her close friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully paired up two single parents who were ABC clients, and they recently got engaged. While not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Beth takes pleasure in going above and beyond. She has always had a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweetness is heard in her famous voice. One of her favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her overall sense of humor and positive energy is contagious, making each day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is a dynamic and adventurous individual, known for her vibrant and lively nature. Her love for people has always been an integral part of her character, evident in every undertaking and learning opportunity she encounters. With a natural inclination for creativity, she embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 5 when she began taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she honed her skills in piano and vocal lessons, exploring a wide range of styles including classical, pop, and theatrical. In 2014, Hannah's musical education continued as she enrolled at Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Building on this foundation, she sought growth and advancement through various internships after her time at Liberty. From volunteering in construction work in Fairbanks, AK to completing the prestigious Disney College Program in Orlando, FL, Hannah consistently sought personal and professional development. Most recently, Hannah graduated with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors from the Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School New Hebron. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for connecting with families and nannies. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, starting off as a Nanny Recruiter before transitioning to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she shines as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. A guiding principle that Hannah cherishes stems from one of her beloved Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). With this profound sentiment as her compass, she eagerly anticipates fostering meaningful connections with families, harnessing her creativity and communication skills to help every parent and child discover their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's passion for helping others has been evident throughout her years of working with children in various settings. Now, as part of the ABC Nanny Source, she channels this love into all aspects of her work. Her uplifting demeanor makes her most effective in assisting nannies in showcasing their best qualities through their profiles. At the Verification Department, Erica is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide prompt answers to any inquiries. During her leisure time, she can be found immersed in fantasy novels or whipping up delectable treats to share with her friends. Her unwavering optimism and strong determination ensure that each day brings a new adventure, whether it involves engaging in family games or tirelessly aiding others in finding their ideal matches at the agency. Erica's countless contributions to those around her make her truly beloved by many. Within our Verification Department, she is affectionately known as the "brain" due to her remarkable memory and ability to recall the status of any nanny or family without hesitation.
