Meet Beth, who is affectionately known as "LisaBeth" by her family, friends, and loved ones. Her five handsome children lovingly call her "Mom," while her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa." To her nephews and niece, she is "Aunt Lisa," and her husband lovingly calls her "Bunny." Beth proudly displays her nickname on her license plate. She is a jack of all names, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once! She has mastered the art of multitasking and is always ready to share the story behind her various names. You can call her anything you like, just be sure not to keep her waiting for dinner! Beth is adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of families and nannies she has helped over the years at ABC Nanny Source. She has dedicated well over a decade to serving all nannies and families and has cherished every moment of it. On a personal note, Beth grew up in the beautiful suburbs of the town she still calls home. She married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was just eight years old. The couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Beth takes pride in saying that she has been matchmaking since she was a little girl, and that passion did not fade when she joined ABC Nanny Source after working for the phone company in marketing for nearly a decade. She enjoys the task of matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, understanding that everyone has different needs. Beth goes above and beyond to connect the right individuals, getting to know families and nannies intimately and forming close friendships along the way. In fact, just this year, she successfully matched two single parents from ABC Nanny Source who announced their engagement! While this is not a typical service offered by the agency, it demonstrates the lengths Beth is willing to go to when it comes to her matchmaking skills. Beth has always had a deep admiration for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes in the power of a Spoonful of Sugar to make everything better. Her sweet personality also reflects in her famous voice. One of her favorite sayings is, "I may sound like I'm three years old, but trust me, the wrinkles prove otherwise!" She has an incredible sense of humor and radiates positive energy, making every day a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious experience. Beth's favorite things include rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and spending quality time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah embodies the spirit of fun, energy, and adventure. Her vibrant personality is rooted in her undeniable passion for people, evident in all her endeavors and learning experiences. With a natural inclination towards creativity, she embarked on her musical journey at the age of 5, delving into piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she honed her skills in classical, pop, and theatrical styles, both in piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education at Liberty University, successfully completing courses towards her Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Following her time at Liberty, Hannah committed to personal and professional growth through various internships. From volunteering in Fairbanks, AK, engaged in construction work during the summer, to completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL, she consistently sought new opportunities for personal development. Most recently, she achieved Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors upon completing a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Gwinn. In 2016, Hannah began her journey with ABC Nanny Source, where she thrived in connecting with nannies and families alike. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she progressed to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she dedicates her days as a Placement Counselor, devoted to helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. Her guiding principle, derived from a cherished Scripture, is to live a life that glorifies God in everything she does (1 Corinthians 10:31). Hannah eagerly anticipates nurturing continued connections with families, leveraging her creativity and communication skills to assist every parent in finding the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica infuses her love for helping others into all aspects of her work, drawing from years of experience working with children in various settings. Known for her perpetual cheerfulness, she finds her true calling in assisting nannies to showcase their best qualities through their profiles. Behind the scenes in our Verification Department, Erica is always ready to extend a helping hand and address any queries that arise. During her leisure time, she indulges in the enchanting world of fantasy books or delights her friends with homemade treats. Her unwavering optimism and resolute determination ensure that each day is an adventure, whether she's engaging in family games or diligently aiding individuals in finding their ideal match here at the agency. The depth of her impact on those around her is immeasurable, and she is affectionately referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department, owing to her remarkable memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family.
