Most well-known at ABC Nanny Source as "Beth", yet referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, just "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews/niece and "Bunny" to her husband which she proudly displays on her license plate - she's a jack of all names, wearing many hats and answering to everyone sometimes even simultaneously! She's got a degree in multi-tasking and she will jump at the chance to pull out her driver's license and tell you her "name story" so feel free to ask her about it and she'll quickly tell you to call her anything you'd like, but just not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, the church community, her neighbors, and thousands of families & nannies locally, she has served all nannies and families for well over a decade at ABC Nanny Source and has cherished every moment of it! On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, marrying her elementary school sweetheart who she's known since she was only 8 years old! In fact, the couple just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, so their love story continues like a fairy tale! She gets a kick out of telling everyone that she's been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, and that didn't stop when she joined ABC Nanny Source after having been at the phone company for nearly a decade serving in marketing! Beth loves to match each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has a different need. Every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family is incredibly important to her, and she gets to know families and nannies intimately and regards many of them as her close friends. In fact, just this year she paired up two ABC clients who were single parents, that's right two ABC clients, who just announced they are now engaged! No, that's not a common service offered here at ABC Nanny Source, or this agency would have to fall under a new heading (haha!), but it just shows how far she takes her matchmaking skills and takes pleasure in going above and beyond the call of duty! She's always had a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better; her sweetness is heard in her voice, which she's also famous for! One of her many favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" She has an overall sense of humor and general positive energy that is contagious and makes the day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! These are a few of her favorite things: rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and family time!

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, a vibrant and adventurous individual, radiates a fun and energetic personality. Her unmistakable passion for people has been a defining characteristic throughout her journey, evident in every endeavor and learning opportunity she has embraced. Possessing a natural knack for creativity, she delved into the world of music at the tender age of 5, taking piano lessons that encompassed classical, pop, and theatrical styles. Through her school years, Hannah continued to expand her musical horizons by studying both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, her thirst for musical knowledge led her to Liberty University, where she pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her enriching experience at Liberty, Hannah sought to further her personal and professional growth through various internships. She embarked on a summer of volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK and also completed the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah eagerly completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Sturbridge, excelling with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, she joined ABC Nanny Source and instantly found joy in connecting with nannies and families. Her journey began as a Nanny Recruiter, and she gradually transitioned to working as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Presently, Hannah fulfills the role of a Placement Counselor, dedicated to helping families find their ideal Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's go-to guiding principles originates from one of her beloved Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 10:31: "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." Committed to living by this mantra, Hannah eagerly looks forward to nurturing her connections with families and utilizing her exceptional creativity and communication skills to help parents and children find their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica, with years of experience working with children in various settings, has channeled her passion for assisting others into her role here at ABC Nanny Source. Known for her cheerful disposition, she excels in helping nannies present their best selves through their profiles. In the Verification Department, she works diligently behind the scenes, always ready to lend a helping hand and address any inquiries. During her free time, Erica enjoys immersing herself in fantasy books or creating delectable treats to share with her friends. With her unwavering optimism and determination, everyday life becomes an adventure for her, whether it involves engaging in family games or wholeheartedly supporting individuals in finding their perfect match at our agency. Her immense contributions cannot be adequately expressed in words, as she is cherished by countless individuals. Revered as the "brain" in the Verification Department, Erica possesses an unmatched memory and effortlessly recalls the status of any nanny or family at a moment's notice, a testament to her heartfelt dedication.
