Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her family, friends, and teachers since childhood, and simply "Mom" to her children, "Lisa" to her neighbors and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece, and "Bunny" to her husband (as shown on her license plate), she truly wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously! A master of multi-tasking with a degree to prove it, she loves sharing her "name story" and is happy to be called anything you'd like, as long as you're not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, church community, and neighbors, as well as the numerous families and nannies she has helped, Beth has been a dedicated part of ABC for over a decade and cherishes every moment of it. She grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary with a fairy-tale-like renewal of vows in Kauai, Hawaii. Beth has always loved playing matchmaker, a passion that never stopped when she joined ABC Nanny Source after a successful career in marketing with the phone company. She takes joy in finding the perfect caregiver for each family, understanding that everyone has different needs. Building personal connections between families and nannies is of utmost importance to her, and she considers many of them as close friends. In fact, she recently paired up two single ABC clients who announced their engagement, showcasing her dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty! Beth has a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, which reflects in her sweet and famous voice. She often jokes, "I may sound like a 3-year-old, but my wrinkles prove otherwise!" Her infectious sense of humor and positive energy make every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, a fun, energetic, and adventurous individual, has always been passionate about people. This defining characteristic has shaped her experiences and guided her in every endeavor and learning opportunity she has pursued. With a creative flair, Hannah started taking piano lessons at the young age of 5 and continued to study classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her school years. In 2014, Hannah took her passion for music to the next level by enrolling at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. Seeking further personal and professional growth, she embarked on various internships, including a summer of volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Brandonville, graduating with Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. In 2016, she joined ABC Nanny Source, where she has cherished her interactions with nannies and families. Beginning as a Nanny Recruiter, she then transitioned to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, Hannah serves as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to finding the perfect Mary Poppins for families in need. Drawing inspiration from one of her favorite Scriptures, she strives to live by the mantra, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) Looking ahead, Hannah eagerly anticipates forging lasting connections with families. With her creativity and exceptional communication skills, she aims to assist every parent and child in finding their ideal nanny � the one who fulfills their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to helping others has been evident throughout her extensive experience working with children, spanning various settings. At ABC Nanny Source, she channels her passion for assisting others into every task she undertakes. With a perpetually cheerful disposition, Erica truly thrives when assisting nannies in presenting their best selves through their profiles. Within our Verification Department, she is always ready to extend a helping hand and address any inquiries. When not at work, Erica can be found enthralled in the pages of a fantasy novel or indulging in her talent for baking delectable treats to share with friends. Her unwavering optimism and relentless determination ensure that each day is an adventure for her, whether it involves a lively game with her family or going the extra mile to help someone find their ideal match at our agency. The level of admiration for Erica is so immense that it is challenging to fully articulate the extent of her impact on everyone she encounters. Within the Verification Department, we often affectionately refer to her as the "brain," as she possesses an uncanny ability to recall details and provide the status of any nanny or family without needing to consult any records.
