Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately referred to as "LisaBeth" by her family, friends, and teachers from childhood, this remarkable woman goes by many names. To her five handsome children, she is simply "Mom," while neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa." Her nephews and niece lovingly call her "Aunt Lisa," and her husband has given her the nickname "Bunny," proudly displayed on her license plate. She is a true jack of all names, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously! With a degree in multi-tasking, she is always prepared to pull out her driver's license and share her "name story." Feel free to ask her about it, and she'll tell you to call her anything you'd like, just not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, church community, and neighbors, she has also gained the respect and admiration of thousands of families and nannies locally. At ABC Nanny Source, she has faithfully served all nannies and families for over a decade, cherishing every moment of it. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was only 8 years old. Recently celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary, they renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale! She takes great pleasure in sharing that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, and that passion for bringing people together didn't stop when she joined ABC Nanny Source. Previously, she had spent nearly a decade working in marketing at the phone company. Beth loves to match each family with the perfect caregiver, understanding that every family has different needs. Building strong connections between individuals and families is of utmost importance to her. She gets to know families and nannies on a deep level and considers many of them her close friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully matched two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement! While not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it demonstrates how far she goes above and beyond the call of duty with her matchmaking skills. Beth has always had a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and wholeheartedly believes that "a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better." Her sweetness can be heard in her voice, which she has become famous for. Despite her lively personality, she humorously admits, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her overall sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making every day feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets, sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and cherished family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who exudes fun, energy, and a thirst for adventure. A passion for people has always been a central part of her personality, evident in every venture and learning opportunity she has encountered. With her unique creative flair, Hannah embarked on a journey in music at a young age, starting piano lessons at the tender age of 5. As she progressed through her school years, she dedicated herself to studying both classical and contemporary styles in piano and vocals. Seeking to deepen her musical knowledge, Hannah enrolled at Liberty University in 2014, where she pursued coursework leading to a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah continued to refine her personal and professional growth through various internships. She immersed herself in diverse experiences such as volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and completing the prestigious Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, she completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Beacon Hill, where she graduated with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source, where she found great joy in connecting with nannies and families. She started her journey as a Nanny Recruiter, later transitioning to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Today, Hannah dedicates her time as a Placement Counselor, assisting families in finding the perfect Mary Poppins for their household. Grounded in one of her favorite Scriptures, Hannah lives by the words, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). With an unwavering commitment to creativity and effective communication, Hannah eagerly looks forward to forging connections with families and helping them fulfill their dreams of finding the ideal nanny for their children.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica, a dedicated and compassionate individual, has been utilizing her extensive experience working with children in various environments to make a positive impact at ABC Nanny Source. Her unwavering enthusiasm and innate ability to assist nannies in presenting their profiles in the best possible light makes her feel right at home. Serving diligently in our Verification Department, she readily extends her support and knowledge, always ready to lend a helping hand and address any inquiries. Outside of her professional life, Erica finds solace in the pages of fantastical books and enjoys creating delectable treats to share with loved ones. Her resolute optimism and determination contribute to her daily ventures, whether engaging in a lively game with her family or tirelessly striving to connect individuals with their ideal matches at the agency. Erica's invaluable contributions are cherished by all who know her, earning her the endearing nickname "brain" within the Verification Department due to her remarkable memory and ability to effortlessly recall the status of countless nannies and families.
