Affectionately known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she wears many hats and answers to everyone, sometimes all at once! Her five handsome children call her "Mom," neighbors and church friends know her as "Lisa," colleagues address her as "Lisa," and her nephews and niece affectionately call her "Aunt Lisa." And let's not forget her husband, who lovingly refers to her as "Bunny" - a nickname proudly displayed on her license plate. She's truly a jack of all names. This versatile woman has a degree in multitasking and is always ready to show off her driver's license and share her "name story." Feel free to ask her about it, and she'll quickly tell you to call her anything you'd like, as long as it's not "late for dinner!" Adored by her family, friends, the church community, neighbors, and countless local families and nannies, she has been a cherished member of the ABC Nanny Source team for over a decade. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart whom she has known since she was a mere 8 years old. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. It's no surprise that she enjoys telling everyone that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl. Even after joining ABC Nanny Source, after nearly a decade at the phone company, she hasn't stopped playing cupid. Beth takes great pleasure in matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She values every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family, getting to know them intimately along the way, and considering many of them her close friends. In fact, this year alone, she successfully matched two ABC clients who were single parents, and they recently announced their engagement! While not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, Beth's dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty shines through her extraordinary matchmaking skills. With a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins, Beth firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. And her sweetness is not only heard in her voice, which she is famous for, but also in her overall sense of humor and infectious positive energy. One of her favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" Her lively spirit and genuine positivity make each day feel Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Among her many favorite things are rainbows, dolphins, whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing the guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and, above all, quality family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of fun, energy, and a craving for adventure. A deep passion for interacting with people has always been an integral part of her personality, shining through in every endeavor and learning opportunity she comes across. Hannah's creative spirit has been evident since she was just 5 years old when she began taking piano lessons. Throughout her school years, she diligently studied classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical aspirations at Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah furthered her personal and professional growth through various internships. She embarked on a summer of volunteer construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and also had the privilege of participating in the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School St. Hedwig, earning Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Since 2016, Hannah has been an important member of the ABC Nanny Source team. She initially joined as a Nanny Recruiter, later transitioning to an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she happily serves as a Placement Counselor, dedicated to helping families find their ideal Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, which she strives to live by, is "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31) Guided by her creativity and exceptional communication skills, Hannah genuinely looks forward to building connections with families and aiding them in finding the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's unwavering dedication to serving others has been evident throughout her career working with children in various capacities. This commitment shines through in all her endeavors at ABC Nanny Source. With a perpetually cheerful disposition, she thrives on assisting nannies in presenting themselves in the best possible light through their profiles. At the Verification Department, where she operates behind the scenes, Erica readily extends a helping hand and readily addresses any inquiries. During her leisure time, she can be found immersed in the pages of fantastical books or crafting delectable treats to share with friends. Her boundless optimism and unwavering determination ensure that each day is an adventure for her, whether it entails engaging in family game nights or diligently aiding individuals in finding their ideal match through our agency. The immense love and admiration felt for Erica by all of us cannot be adequately expressed in words. Affectionately referred to as the "brain" of the Verification Department, her encyclopedic memory enables her to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family, underscoring her heartfelt and exceptional talent.
