“Diana seamlessly replaced a teacher who had left our school district, joining the Cheatham County After School Program on the first day of school. She quickly familiarized herself with the curriculum, students, backgrounds, learning needs, and staff. Diana not only incorporated existing curriculum but also enhanced it with immersive activities and authentic assessments for our students. As the coordinator of approximately 15 staff members, my responsibilities include organizing them, keeping them informed about school developments, conducting professional development activities, and fulfilling professional obligations. Diana never presented any issues in this area. She was always present, punctual, and prepared for any task assigned to her. Additionally, she willingly volunteered for open house and SLC activities.
