Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, this jack-of-all-names wears many hats. She is simply "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, and "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews and niece. Her husband lovingly refers to her as "Bunny," which she proudly displays on her license plate. With a degree in multitasking, she can answer to everyone's name, sometimes even simultaneously. Feel free to ask her about her "name story," and she will happily pull out her driver's license. She'll tell you to call her anything you like, but just make sure you're not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, the church community, and neighbors, she has also won the hearts of thousands of local families and nannies during her tenure at ABC. Having grown up in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary with a vow renewal in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their fairy tale love story. Despite joining ABC after almost a decade in marketing at the phone company, her passion for matchmaking began in childhood, and she takes pleasure in finding the perfect caregiver for each family she works with. Getting to know families and nannies intimately, she considers many of them her close friends. Just this year, she successfully paired up two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement. While not a common service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases her dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty. With a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins and an unwavering belief that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, her sweetness is evident in her famous voice. Despite her youthful-sounding voice, she jokingly claims to have the wrinkles to prove she's not three years old. Her abundant sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing the guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and, above all, family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who embodies fun, energy, and a sense of adventure. Her passion for people shines through in every aspect of her life, as she continuously seeks out new learning opportunities and endeavors. One aspect of Hannah's vibrant personality is her unique creative flair. She began her musical journey at the young age of 5, taking piano lessons and exploring various styles such as classical, pop, and theatrical, both in piano and vocal lessons throughout her school years. In 2014, Hannah pursued further musical education by enrolling in Liberty University, where she completed courses towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty University, Hannah dedicated herself to personal and professional growth through a range of internships. This included volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK during the summer and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, Hannah graduated from Paul Mitchell the School Blanche, where she completed a program in Cosmetology with honors in Makeup and Phase Two. Since 2016, Hannah has been an integral part of ABC Nanny Source. She started as a Nanny Recruiter and progressed to become an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department. Currently, she serves as a Placement Counselor, working closely with families in search of their ideal nanny, embodying the qualities of Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptural verses, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), serves as her guiding principle. Hannah eagerly anticipates continuing her connections with families, utilizing her creativity and communication skills to assist parents in finding the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

At ABC Nanny Source, Erica's dedication to helping others is evident in all that she does, thanks to her many years of experience working with children in various settings. Her cheerful disposition makes her most comfortable assisting nannies in presenting their best profiles. Erica's role behind the scenes in our Verification Department includes not only a willingness to lend a helping hand but also an eagerness to address any inquiries. Outside of work, you will often find her engrossed in fantasy novels or preparing delectable treats to share with friends. Erica's optimism and determination ensure that each day is an adventure, whether it involves enjoying a game with her family or diligently assisting individuals in finding their ideal connections through our agency. Her profound impact on others is difficult to express in words, as evidenced by the affectionate nickname of "brain" that many of us in the Verification Department have bestowed upon her. With an incredible memory and the ability to effortlessly recall the status of any nanny or family, Erica's invaluable talent is a testament to her compassionate nature and sharp intellect. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have her as an integral part of our team.
