To her five handsome children, she's simply "Mom", while neighbors, church friends, and colleagues know her as "Lisa". As for her nephews and niece, she proudly answers to "Aunt Lisa", and her husband affectionately calls her "Bunny", a moniker boldly displayed on her license plate. With countless hats to wear and an uncanny ability to juggle it all, she's a master at multitasking and is always up for sharing her "name story" when she proudly presents her driver's license. As she likes to say, you can call her anything you'd like, just don't call her late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, the church community, and neighbors, she's also beloved by thousands of local families and nannies that she has served for well over a decade at ABC. Raised in the suburbs of this beautiful town, she married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she's known since the tender age of 8. Their love story has recently reached a milestone, as they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in the enchanting Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their fairy tale romance. From a young age, she discovered her knack for matchmaking, a passion that only grew stronger when she joined ABC Nanny Source after working in marketing for a decade at a phone company. Beth takes immense pleasure in pairing each family with the perfect caregiver, recognizing that every family has unique needs. Building strong connections between individuals is of utmost importance to her, and she considers many of the families and nannies she works with as close friends. In fact, she recently achieved the extraordinary feat of bringing together two single parents from ABC Nanny Source, who are now happily engaged. While this is not a typical service offered by the agency, it's a testament to her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Inspired by Disney's Mary Poppins, she firmly believes that a spoonful of sugar can make everything better, and her sweet and melodious voice has become somewhat legendary. She often jokes about sounding like a 3-year-old, but her youthful spirit can be felt even through her wrinkles. Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah's vibrant and daring personality sets her apart as a fun, energetic, and adventurous individual. With an unwavering passion for interacting with people, this characteristic remains a defining trait evident in every pursuit and educational opportunity she encounters. Known for her artistic flair, Hannah embarked on her musical journey at the tender age of 5 with piano lessons, and she continued to explore various styles, including classical, pop, and theatrical, both in piano and vocal lessons throughout her school years. Taking this love for music with her, Hannah enrolled in Liberty University in 2014, where she completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she sought to expand her personal and professional growth through multiple internships, including volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK, and successfully completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Recently, Hannah achieved Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors as she completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Dante. In 2016, Hannah embarked on a fulfilling journey with ABC Nanny Source, where she cherished every moment building connections with nannies and families alike. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she progressed to become an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department and currently dedicates her days as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their perfect Mary Poppins. A guiding principle Hannah lives by, derived from a beloved Scripture, is "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." (1 Corinthians 10:31). As she eagerly looks ahead, Hannah is excited to enhance her connections with families, utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to assist every parent and child in finding the nanny of their dreams.

Erica's passion for helping others has been honed over the years as she worked with children in various settings. She brings this love for assisting others to her role at ABC Nanny Source, where she truly shines. Erica's cheerful demeanor is infectious, and she feels most at home when guiding nannies to present themselves in the best light through their profiles. Behind the scenes in our Verification Department, she is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide prompt answers to any inquiries. Off duty, Erica can be found immersed in a fantasy novel or whipping up delectable treats for her friends. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day is an adventure, whether she is engaging in a lively game with her family or going the extra mile to match the perfect nanny with their ideal family at our agency. The love and admiration for Erica are so immense that it is difficult to articulate all that she does for everyone she knows.
