Some Questions that ABC Nanny Source asks SC Nannies!
During the screening process to be represented by the Agency, ABC Nanny Source recruiters and Placement Counselors pose several questions. Here are a few of the inquiries that are asked in order to be accepted by the agency for representation.
1. Why did you opt for a career as a nanny instead of pursuing other childcare-related positions in schools or daycares?

3. Tell me, what are your ideas and viewpoints when it comes to discipline?
4. Can you please explain to me, using your own words, what you believe constitutes an exceptional nanny?
5. If you were to encounter any inquiries concerning the family position description, how would you approach the situation? Would you address any uncertainties prior to accepting the role, or would you rely on optimism afterwards?
6. When formulating the daily plan, what kind of activities, both educational and recreational, do you intend to include?
7. Are you familiar with the type of communication style used by families you have previously worked with? Will you be maintaining a daily events journal to provide us with updates on the day's activities?
8. Could you classify yourself as a reliable caregiver?
9. When reflecting on your most outstanding attribute, what would you say sets you apart? In terms of personal growth, what aspects do you believe require improvement?
