Some Questions that ABC Nanny Source asks OR Nannies!
During the screening process to determine eligibility for representation by the Agency, ABC Nanny Source recruiters and Placement Counselors ask a series of questions. Here, we present several of the inquiries posed by them.
1. What influenced your decision to select the role of a nanny instead of pursuing a childcare position within a school OR daycare setting?
2. What age group of children do you feel most at ease working with?
3. What are your thoughts and perspectives on the subject of discipline?
4. Please provide me with your personal interpretation of what qualities make a great nanny.
5. If you were to encounter any inquiries about the family position's description, how would you approach the situation? Would you address any concerns prior to accepting the role OR would you rely on chance afterward?
6. Incorporating into the daily plan, what types of activities, both educational and play, would you plan on including?
7. Have you developed a specific communication style in your past experiences working with different families? Are you planning on maintaining a daily events journal to provide us with regular updates about the activities of the day?
8. Are you someone who would consider themselves a reliable and trustworthy caregiver?
9. In your opinion, what would you consider to be your most notable attribute? Additionally, what aspects do you believe require improvement from your end?
10. What are your inquiries regarding our agency and the process? Do you have any questions about our agency and how things are done?
