Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but affectionately referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is simply "Mom" to her five handsome children. To neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, she goes by "Lisa", and she is lovingly called "Aunt Lisa" by her nephews and niece. Lastly, her husband knows her as "Bunny", a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. With multiple names, she is adept at wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes even simultaneously. She boasts a degree in multi-tasking and enjoys sharing her "name story", urging others to call her anything they like, as long as it's not late for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, church community, and neighbors, she is also highly regarded by thousands of families and nannies in the local area. Having served at ABC for well over a decade, she has cherished every moment of her work with nannies and families. A personal note reveals that she grew up in the suburbs of the beautiful town, marrying her elementary school sweetheart whom she has known since the age of eight. Celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary, they recently renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. Matchmaking has been a lifelong passion for her, and joining ABC Nanny Source after a decade in the phone company's marketing department only intensified this passion. Matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver is her joy, recognizing that everyone has unique needs. She considers every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family to be incredibly important, forming intimate relationships with families and nannies, and considering many of them as close friends. Her reputation as a matchmaker goes beyond conventional expectations. Just this year, she successfully paired two single parent clients who are now engaged. While not a common service at ABC Nanny Source, this accomplishment showcases her dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty. With a heart for Disney's Mary Poppins, she firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better, a sentiment that reflects her sweet and famous voice. Her overall sense of humor and positive energy are contagious, making every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah, an individual known for being fun, energetic, and adventurous, has always had a passion for people, which has been evident in all her pursuits and opportunities for growth. With a creative flair, Hannah began her musical journey at the age of 5, taking piano lessons and later expanding her repertoire to include classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons throughout her academic years. In pursuit of her love for music, Hannah joined Liberty University in 2014, where she completed courses towards her Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, Hannah continued to enhance her personal and professional development through diverse internships. These included a summer spent volunteering in Fairbanks, AK, engaging in construction work, and later completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, Hannah successfully completed a Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School Delaware. Graduating with honors in Makeup and Phase Two, Hannah widened her skillset and artistic abilities. In 2016, Hannah embarked on a fulfilling journey with ABC Nanny Source. She initially joined as a Nanny Recruiter, progressing to work as an assistant in the Nanny Placement Department, and currently as a Placement Counselor. Hannah dedicates her days to connecting with families and assisting them in finding their ideal Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), serves as a guiding principle in her life. Hannah eagerly anticipates building lasting relationships with families, utilizing her creativity and communication skills to help every parent and child discover the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's dedication to helping others has been a driving force throughout her career, making her an invaluable member of our team here at ABC Nanny Source. With years of experience working with children, she channels her love for assisting others into every aspect of her work. Specifically, Erica excels in guiding nannies to create impressive profiles that showcase their best qualities. As part of our Verification Department, she effortlessly lends a helping hand and provides prompt answers to any queries that arise. Outside of the office, Erica finds solace in the enchanting pages of fantasy books or delighting her friends with homemade sweets. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day is an adventure for her, whether she is engaging in a family game or dedicatedly assisting individuals in search of their "perfect fit" at our agency. Erica's passion for her work is evident by the countless individuals she has positively impacted, earning her the endearing nickname of the "brain" in our Verification Department. With an extraordinary memory and an ability to recall the status of any nanny or family effortlessly, Erica's remarkable talent is a true testament to the care and dedication she brings to her role.
