"I am a very outgoing, energetic, and loving person. My goal is to find a loving family to work for long term. I am a nanny because working with children is something that I love to do. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because it is what I do best, I love caring for others and I’ve been doing it for 10 years. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 10 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel that children are very energetic and loving. "When Amalia began working with my family my daughter was 20 months old. Her primary responsibility was childcare which included preparing food, feeding, and playing with our daughter. When time permitted, she also performed light housekeeping such as washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen and play areas, sweeping the kitchen/dining room, taking out trash, folding laundry, and occasional ironing. We then had another child and Amalia began helping with both children after our son turned 3 months. When needed, she occasionally helped drop off to pick up our older daughter from pre-school and also went to the grocery store. She is very consistent and came when she was supposed to.
