Kanthi showers our sons with hugs and kisses, and she makes sure that there is much laughter and joy in our house. Kanthi is incredibly kind and giving, and I am thrilled that she has been teaching my children the importance of being a good person. Kanthi has been outstanding at working as a partner with me to make decisions regarding the well-being of my boys. She follows my directions and makes sure to ask many questions to make sure that she understands what I am trying to accomplish. She also uses excellent discretion at times when it is appropriate, and I always trust her judgment. Kanthi will also offer excellent suggestions when she senses that a certain approach of mine is not working. Kanthi also devotes herself to making sure that our boys get enough sleep and nutrition. Kanthi is as pleased as I am when our children have eaten and slept well on a given day. She makes sure that they stick to the eating and sleeping schedule that we have established, but she also pays careful attention to the way our sons are feeling, and makes necessary adjustments to the schedule as necessary throughout the day. In addition to these talents, Kanthi also places a high importance on learning and development. She takes care to introduce our sons to new things. She tells them stories and encourages them to read, draw, count, and practice math and spelling. She makes sure that there is always new stimulation and that our routine meets their developmental needs. Kanthi also places a high importance on physical activity. She always makes time in the day to play and run outside. Kanthi makes the day interesting, diverse and stimulating for our boys. Kanthi is also incredibly reliable. She is on-time (and even early) and has rarely ever called in sick in the three years that she worked for us. Kanthi also gives us extensive advance notice when she planned to take a day off, and tried to plan her time off on days that worked well for our family. Kanthi is a nanny who is at the top of her profession. She is incredibly dedicated and always goes the extra mile to help us. She has stayed late and come early, and she does much more than what is expected of her. She has experience with both newborns and older preschoolers. She has helped me out in more ways that I can say. When I have been juggling many 'things at once, Kanthi reaches out to help me and our family in any way possible. Kanthi watches over our entire house as if it were her own. I trust Kanthi completely, and I could not do the work in my profession without her. Every day, we have counted our lucky stars that Kanthi is a part of our family."
