"I am a very optimistic person who always has a happy demeanor and has a good sense of humor. I enjoy working with people and being around them. I am easy to get along with and am open minded when meeting new people. I would like to be able to work in a setting I enjoy, and I love working with people and also enjoy spending time with children. I have a younger sister and an older brother and have always been exposed to young children while growing up. Throughout high school I babysat the children of family friends and for two summers I worked full time as a nanny for two children. While studying for my Master’s Degree, I would watch a professor's children while she would take some personal time for herself. I myself would love to have a family once I am settled into a job and have a routine. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love children and know I would enjoy working in a childcare setting. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 4 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are the future of our society and deserve to be brought up in a way that prepares them for their future roles in our communities. My goal as a Nanny with Long Island Nanny Agencies is to supervise their children as well as provide a positive and fun environment. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes any cleaning, organizing, stocking of supplies, etc. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am outgoing, happy, energetic, responsible, and polite. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include exercise in a way that is fun, reading, creative time, and outdoor time. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope it would be a family that likes outdoor activities and enjoys being active as well as a family that can have fun and enjoys spending time together!"
