Beth / Agency Director & Owner

Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, yet affectionately called "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers since childhood, she goes by "Mom" to her five handsome children, "Lisa" to her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, "Aunt Lisa" to her nephews/niece, and "Bunny" to her husband, which she proudly displays on her license plate. She's a versatile individual, wearing many hats and answering to everyone, sometimes simultaneously! A master of multitasking, she loves sharing the story behind her name. Feel free to ask her about it and she'll happily tell you to call her anything you'd like, as long as you're not late for dinner! Adored by her family, friends, church community, neighbors, and thousands of local families and nannies, Beth has been a dedicated member of ABC for over a decade, cherishing every moment of it. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she's known since she was eight years old. Recently, they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary and renewed their vows in Kauai, Hawaii, continuing their love story like a fairy tale. She loves reminding people that she's been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, a passion that persisted when she joined ABC Nanny Source after working in marketing at the phone company for nearly ten years. Beth enjoys finding the perfect caregiver for each family she works with, recognizing that everyone has different needs. Connecting the right person to the family is of utmost importance to her, and she forms intimate relationships with both families and nannies, considering many of them to be her close friends. In fact, just this year, she successfully introduced two single parents who were ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement! While this service may not be common at ABC Nanny Source, it demonstrates how far Beth goes with her matchmaking skills and her dedication to going above and beyond. She has always had a soft spot for Disney's Mary Poppins and firmly believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweet nature is evident in her voice, for which she is also famous! One of her favorite sayings is, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" With her infectious sense of humor and positive energy, she lights up the room and makes every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! Some of her favorite things include rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises, thunderstorms, Broadway plays in New York, card games, and cherished family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual full of fun, energy, and a sense of adventure. Her passion for people is an integral part of her character, evident in every endeavor and opportunity for growth she encounters. With a distinct creative flair, she embarked on her musical journey at the young age of 5, taking piano lessons and expanding her knowledge in classical, pop, and theatrical styles, both vocally and on the keys, throughout her school years. In 2014, Hannah pursued her musical education at Liberty University, where she completed various courses toward a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. After her time at Liberty, she furthered her personal and professional growth through multiple internships, which included volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK and completing the Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. Most recently, Hannah successfully completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Pioche, achieving honors in Makeup and Phase Two. In 2016, Hannah joined ABC Nanny Source and has cherished every moment of connecting with nannies and families. Starting as a Nanny Recruiter, she advanced to the role of assistant in the Nanny Placement Department and currently serves as a Placement Counselor, helping families find their very own Mary Poppins. One of Hannah's favorite Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31), serves as her guiding principle in life. She eagerly looks forward to building connections with families, utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to assist every parent and child in finding their dream nanny.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica's passion for helping others has been evident throughout her years of working with children in various settings, and she continues to bring that love to her role at ABC Nanny Source. Known for her ever-cheerful demeanor, she thrives when assisting nannies to create impressive profiles, ensuring they put their best foot forward. Erica's dedication extends beyond her visible role, as she works diligently in the Verification Department, always ready to lend a hand and address any inquiries. Outside of work, she finds solace in immersing herself in fantasy books or preparing delectable treats to share with her friends. With her unwavering optimism and determination, Erica embraces each day as an adventure, whether it's engaging in a family game or diligently helping others find their "perfect fit" within our agency. The incredible impact she has on everyone she knows leads us to affectionately refer to her as the "brain" in the Verification Department, as she possesses an unparalleled memory and can effortlessly provide the status of any nanny or family from the top of her head. Her remarkable abilities stem from both her heartfelt dedication and her sharp mind. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have Erica as part of our team.
