“My decision to pursue education came from my natural ability to not only relate to children, but also care for each and every one of their needs including learning. My goal is to attain a job working with children as a Nanny! I come from a large family and am used to being surrounded by my loved ones. My family is the most important thing I have and I am reminded of that each and every day with all of their love and support. I love spending time with children so becoming a Nanny would be ideal. Depending on what age they are I could spend time teaching them different skills to help prepare them for the coming school year or during the year with their homework. I am a very active person and feel children should spend time engaging in some kind of physical activities throughout the day. Overall, any need they have will be fulfilled during the time I spend with them. I am willing to do light housekeeping that includes anything that involves cleaning up after the children on a regular basis as well as anything I am asked to do for the parents throughout the working day. I am a very organized person and prefer to keep the environment I am in clean. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am intelligent, hard working, professional, loving, and caring. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include having a hearty and healthy breakfast, going for walks or playing at a nearby playground, playing games that are efficient learning tools, and reading books! If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be welcoming and loving parents living in a safe community!”

“Kristie fulfilled above and beyond what I asked her to do. I never asked her to clean or take care of any kind of housework for that matter, but when I got home it was always done. It was nice to be able to come home, relax, and enjoy spending time with my children knowing all the tedious housework was taken care of already. She also managed to take what she knew about my children as far as their likes/dislikes and hobbies are concerned, and would engage them in fun activities. Kristie is one of those special people who are born to care for children. She will be one of the best Union County NJ Nannies! Not only has she been providing childcare for several families since she was a teenager, but she has completed a degree in education. She is the only person I am comfortable with leaving my children with and I will always feel that way. Anything I asked to her to do she did with a smile on her face. Kristie is a hard-working, professional person who has an admirable connection with children. She began caring for my oldest son when he was just an infant, and right away I could tell I would not have to worry about his well being while I was gone. I could not have asked for a more responsible person. My youngest son was born a couple of years later and even though Kristie was in college, she still was able to offer me some of her free time to watch my sons whenever I needed her. I will be the first to say my boys are not always the easiest to handle, but she really knew how to make each of them feel special in their own way without making the other one feeling left out.
