1. What made you choose the nanny profession over some other childcare related job at a school or daycare?

3. What are your ideas and viewpoints regarding discipline?

4. In your own words please tell me what you feel defines a great nanny?

5. If you had any questions regarding the description of a family position, how would you handle that? Would you clarify any questions before accepting the position or would you hope for the best afterward?

6. What types of activities, both educational and play, would you plan on incorporating into the daily plan?

7. What kind of communication style are you accustomed to with the families you have worked for previously? Do you intend on keeping a daily events journal to keep us informed on what happened during the course of the day?

8. Would you describe yourself as a dependable caregiver?
