Her duties included, but were not limited to assisting lead teachers, tending to the general needs of infants and children, creating outdoor and indoor activities, and demonstrating and assisting with arts and crafts. I worked alongside Adair mainly in the infant room. Although her position was teacher’s assistant, she often took the initiative to organize activities for all of the children while keeping up with the ongoing needs that infants have such as feeding and changing diapers.
