My youngest son, Romeo, had some early learning speech issues, after working with a speech therapist Carly continued to work with Romeo and taught him first his letters then how to read. She kept track of days off and days worked and made sure that there was always coverage, not an easy feat with family plans changing constantly and our commuting between three locations!
