“Over the years, I have observed as she interacts with my grandson. She always seems to be in tune with what his abilities are and what types of things would interest him at any given age. Unlike other childcare individuals who turn on the TV and sit the child in front of it to keep them occupied, Sondra engages Antonio in activities. She seems to relish getting down on the floor with him to build with Legos or play games! Other times, she will read a story or draw and color with him.
