During her time at Goddard, I was always struck by Ryan’s great poise and patience when dealing with children of all ages, even when faced with a classroom full of rowdy toddlers! I found her to be an excellent educator, and she always made clear to the children in her charge her expectations of them (both academically and behaviorally). She was firm with regard to discipline, however I have never heard her raise her voice in anger or frustration. Ryan is extremely responsible, well organized, and self-reliant. She possesses excellent communication skills and is always punctual. One can see in the way she interacts with children that she clearly enjoys working with them. I consider my son blessed to have had Ryan not only as a teacher but as his favorite babysitter as well. All of the parents were sad to see her leave Goddard. On a more personal note, Ryan always carries herself with grace! She is extremely good-natured and has an infectious laugh! I wholeheartedly recommend her to ABC's Nanny Agency in Cherry Hill!
